-Had kids 3 years later
-Earned the largest fortune in America
-joined boy scouts when we was a child
-had the classic leadership resume
-went to work full time at J.C Penny's when he was young (Retail work)
-joined the army but, declined cause of a heart difficulty, so was posted in at home reserves
-his dad worked for a forecloser company
-with a $20,000 loan and $5,000 we created a store
-always beat his competitors with his prices
-was a partner with his little brother "Bud"
-just over 10 years he had 10 different stores
-bought a plane for visiting his other stores
-bought items from manufactures and sold them in big amounts
-ask the manufactures to give a discount so he could get more sales which would increase sales of manufactures
-made 1million dollars from the first year
-opening stores about 100 a year
-He was dianosed with bone cancer
-1992 he died right after his 74th birthday
