-Recruiter for 12 years commuted to Vancouver from Chilliwack
-Learned how to be a sales manager
-Took his coarse for a mortgage broker
- Became a Mortgage broker in Chilliwack (home based)
-2nd year he started his business
-3rd year hired another mortgage broker for his business
-last week hired his 11th broker
-Broker is- The relationship with the people and gets broker fee from the bank that the people decide to use
-Paid by the lender
-Helps find the best product for customer
-Bought another company in Abbosford
-Nominated top 5 Canadian mortgage broker
